QUBOT X BOT TRADING RISK DISCLOSURE
- Important Risk Warning
Trading foreign exchange (forex), gold, CFDs, leveraged products, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for everyone.
You can lose some or all of your trading capital. Automated trading does not eliminate financial risk, and QuBot X does not guarantee profits.
You should carefully consider your financial circumstances, trading experience, objectives, and ability to bear losses before using any trading automation service.
Do not trade with borrowed money or funds needed for essential living expenses.
- Purpose of QuBot X
QuBot X provides trading technology and automation-related services, which may include:
- Automated trading bots and Expert Advisors.
- MT5 trading automation and supported integrations.
- TradingView-related alerts and automation tools.
- Custom-developed trading strategies and bots.
- Technical tools, educational information, and trading-related resources.
The availability of specific features depends on the product or subscription purchased.
QuBot X is a technology provider unless a particular service is expressly described otherwise and lawfully offered. Access to trading software does not mean that QuBot X guarantees, controls, or supervises the profitability of your trading account.
- No Guarantee of Performance
No trading strategy, algorithm, bot, indicator, or trading signal can guarantee a positive result.
A bot may generate profits during one period and losses during another. A strategy can stop working when market conditions change.
Any historical performance, backtest, demonstration account, hypothetical return, win rate, or illustrative trading example has limitations.
Backtests may not fully reflect actual spreads, commissions, slippage, liquidity, execution delays, and other real-world conditions.
Past performance is not a reliable guarantee of future results.
You should independently assess any performance claims and ask for appropriate supporting information before relying on them.
- Market Risk
Financial markets can move rapidly and unpredictably.
Prices may be affected by:
- Central bank decisions and interest rates.
- Inflation and economic data.
- Geopolitical developments and unexpected news.
- Changes in market sentiment and liquidity.
- Unexpected events, gaps, and extreme volatility.
These conditions can cause a trading bot to enter or exit positions at unfavourable prices, experience losses, or behave differently from historical testing.
No algorithm can predict every market movement.
- Leverage and Margin Risk
If your broker offers leveraged trading, a relatively small price movement may produce a large gain or loss relative to your deposited margin.
Leverage can magnify losses as well as profits. Your broker may issue margin calls, close positions automatically, or impose other restrictions when account equity falls.
In some circumstances, losses and related obligations may exceed the amount you initially expected to risk, depending on your broker’s terms and the protections applicable to your account.
You are responsible for understanding your broker’s margin requirements, liquidation policies, and negative-balance protections, if any.
- Automated Trading Risks
Automated trading systems operate according to programmed rules, configurations, and available data. They do not guarantee correct decisions or profitable outcomes.
Risks may include:
- Incorrect bot settings or lot sizes.
- Repeated or unexpected order placement.
- Incorrect stop-loss or take-profit configuration.
- Failure to identify changing market conditions.
- Software bugs or compatibility problems.
- Delayed, duplicated, rejected, or missed trading instructions.
- Unexpected behaviour following software or broker updates.
- Failure to stop trading when you expect it to stop.
You must understand the strategy you activate and test it appropriately before using it with real money.
Where practical, test new configurations on a demo account first and monitor the initial live operation carefully.
- Technical, Internet, and VPS Risks
Trading automation may depend on an internet connection, a computer, a VPS, hosting infrastructure, third-party software, and broker systems.
Power failures, server outages, connectivity problems, maintenance, cybersecurity incidents, or technical faults may interrupt trading or prevent an order from being placed, modified, or closed.
A bot may not be able to manage open positions if the relevant terminal, server, or integration becomes unavailable.
You should maintain an independent plan for monitoring and managing your trading positions when automation is interrupted.
- Slippage, Spreads, and Execution
The price displayed when a signal is generated may differ from the price at which an order is executed.
Execution can be affected by:
- Variable spreads.
- Slippage and market gaps.
- Low liquidity.
- Broker execution policies.
- Trading commissions and swap charges.
- Network latency and processing delays.
- Requotes, rejected orders, or partial fills.
These factors may cause actual trading results to differ significantly from expected or backtested results.
A stop-loss order does not necessarily guarantee execution at the specified price.
- Broker and Third-Party Risks
QuBot X may rely on third-party brokers, MetaTrader-related services, TradingView, Telegram, VPS providers, and other external platforms.
We do not control all aspects of these services and cannot guarantee their availability, compatibility, execution quality, or continued support for a particular integration.
Your broker’s terms, trading conditions, account restrictions, and execution policies apply to your brokerage account.
You are responsible for checking whether your broker permits Expert Advisors, automated execution, copying trades, or the particular strategy you intend to use.
- Trading Signals and Educational Information
Market commentary, strategy examples, indicators, signals, and educational materials provided through QuBot X are subject to the description of the relevant service.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise and legally authorised, such material is not an individualised recommendation based on your personal financial situation.
You must not assume that a signal or trading setup is suitable for your circumstances merely because it is published by QuBot X or generated by its software.
You are responsible for deciding whether to act on any trading information.
- Copy Trading and Other People’s Results
Where copy trading or trade replication features are offered, copying another person’s trades does not guarantee that you will achieve the same results.
Differences in account size, leverage, lot sizing, broker conditions, execution timing, slippage, fees, and risk settings can lead to materially different outcomes.
A strategy that has performed well historically may experience substantial drawdowns or lose money in the future.
Before using copy trading, understand how trades are replicated, how risk is allocated, how copying can be stopped, and whether the service is legally available in your jurisdiction.
- Drawdown and Risk Management
Drawdown is the decline in account equity from a previous high. Drawdowns can be larger or last longer than expected.
Risk management tools, including position sizing, stop-losses, equity limits, and maximum daily loss settings, can help manage exposure but cannot eliminate losses.
Some strategies may increase exposure after losses or open multiple positions simultaneously. You should understand whether a strategy uses such methods before activating it.
Do not increase your trading size solely because a bot has recently produced profits.
Choose risk settings appropriate to your circumstances and consider setting limits on capital allocated to automated trading.
- Customer Responsibilities
By using QuBot X, you acknowledge that you are responsible for:
- Understanding the trading strategy and its risks.
- Selecting an appropriate broker and account type.
- Choosing your capital allocation and trading parameters.
- Checking that the software is configured correctly.
- Monitoring account activity and open positions.
- Keeping your devices, accounts, and credentials secure.
- Complying with applicable laws, broker terms, and platform rules.
- Deciding whether to stop or continue using an automated strategy.
You should not rely exclusively on a trading bot, a promotional statement, a backtest, or another person’s results when making decisions about your financial resources.
- No Financial or Profit Guarantee
QuBot X makes no guarantee that:
- A trading bot will be profitable.
- A strategy will achieve a particular win rate or return.
- Losses will remain within an expected amount.
- A bot will operate continuously without errors.
- Your account will avoid drawdowns or margin calls.
- You will recover previous trading losses.
- A particular financial objective will be achieved.
Any statement about potential performance must be considered in light of the risks and assumptions associated with the relevant strategy.
- Regulatory and Jurisdictional Considerations
Financial services laws differ between countries.
You are responsible for determining whether using a particular trading tool, signal service, copy trading feature, or automated execution service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
QuBot X does not claim that this Risk Disclosure establishes regulatory authorisation or removes any licensing obligations that may apply to the business or a particular service.
Services may be restricted where their provision would violate applicable laws or regulations.
- No Waiver of Legal Rights
This Risk Disclosure is intended to help you understand trading risks. It does not remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in this document excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
- Acknowledgement
