1. Introduction
Welcome to QuBot X (“QuBot X,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the QuBot X website, trading automation software, automated trading bots, related tools, subscriptions, educational resources, and other services offered through https://qubotx.com/ (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Services.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

3. Nature of Our Services

The availability of a particular feature depends on the relevant product, subscription, technical requirements, and service description.
We do not represent that every feature, broker, platform, trading instrument, or integration is supported in every subscription.
Any custom development project may be subject to a separate written agreement defining its scope, delivery, fees, maintenance, and support.
4. No Guarantee of Profits
Trading involves substantial financial risk. QuBot X does not guarantee profits or protection against losses.
Past performance, backtesting, demonstrations, hypothetical results, and simulated trading results do not guarantee future performance.
Trading outcomes may be affected by market volatility, liquidity, spreads, slippage, commissions, execution delays, broker conditions, leverage, technical failures, and other factors outside our control.
Any examples of potential returns or trading outcomes are illustrative only unless expressly stated otherwise and supported by appropriate evidence.
You acknowledge that:
* You may lose some or all of the money in your trading account.
* Automated trading can execute losing trades without manual intervention.
* A strategy that performs well in one market environment may perform poorly in another.
* Stop-loss orders may not execute at the requested price during certain market conditions.
* Automation does not eliminate trading risk or guarantee consistent results.
You should only trade with money you can afford to lose and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
5. No Broker or Custodian Relationship
Unless expressly stated in a separate agreement and legally authorised, QuBot X is not your broker, bank, custodian, or deposit-taking institution.
You retain responsibility for your brokerage account, trading capital, account permissions, and trading decisions.
You should not transfer trading capital to QuBot X merely to activate trading software. Any payment for our Services must be made through the payment methods and arrangements expressly designated for that purpose.
We do not claim to hold or manage customer trading funds or to execute discretionary trading on a customer’s behalf unless a separately agreed and legally authorised service expressly provides otherwise.
6. Automated Trading and Account Connections
Some Services may connect to MT5 accounts, trading terminals, TradingView alerts, Telegram channels, or other supported systems.
You are responsible for:
* Connecting only accounts and systems that you own or are authorised to use.
* Configuring trading parameters, risk limits, lot sizes, stop-losses, take-profits, and other settings appropriately.
* Checking that the bot operates according to your intended configuration.
* Monitoring your account and reviewing trading activity.
* Maintaining reliable internet access, compatible software, and any required VPS or server environment.
* Ensuring that your broker permits the relevant automated trading activity.
You must not provide your passwords, private keys, or other sensitive credentials unless strictly necessary for a documented integration and through an approved, secure process.
Where possible, use restricted permissions and never share credentials that allow withdrawals or other unnecessary access to funds.
QuBot X will not be responsible for losses caused by incorrect user configurations, unauthorised account access, broker restrictions, or third-party failures, except to the extent that such losses result from matters for which we are legally responsible.
7. Trading Signals and Strategy Information
Any trading signals, market commentary, strategy examples, indicators, or educational information made available through our Services are subject to their specific descriptions and applicable law.
Unless a particular service is expressly agreed otherwise and legally authorised, such information is provided for general informational or technical purposes and is not an individualised assessment of your financial circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms authorises QuBot X to carry on a regulated financial activity without any licence, registration, approval, or exemption required by applicable law.
You remain responsible for independently evaluating any strategy or market information before using it.
8. Accounts and Security
If account registration is available, you agree to:
* Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
* Provide accurate registration information.
* Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
* Avoid sharing your account with unauthorised persons.
* Use reasonable security measures to protect your devices and trading accounts.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may suspend access temporarily if we reasonably suspect fraud, a security breach, misuse, or a violation of these Terms.
9. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments
Certain Services may require a one-time payment, recurring subscription, or custom service fee.
Before purchasing, you should review the applicable price, billing frequency, included features, renewal terms, and any usage limitations.
Unless otherwise disclosed at checkout:
1. Subscription access begins when payment is successfully processed and the relevant service is activated.
2. Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically if this is clearly disclosed and you have authorised recurring billing.
3. You are responsible for cancelling a subscription before its renewal date if you do not wish to renew.
4. Prices, available plans, and included features may change prospectively.
5. Taxes, bank charges, payment-processing fees, and currency conversion costs may apply where permitted by law and disclosed to you.
We may suspend paid features for overdue or failed payments after providing any notice required by law or the applicable payment terms.
We will not knowingly charge you for a feature that has not been included in your purchased plan or separately agreed with you.
10. Cancellation and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in your order or required by law, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already paid for a period of service that has begun.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a refund, remedy, or other right that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Custom Bot Development
If you commission QuBot X to build or customise a trading bot, the agreed project scope should specify the relevant features, supported platforms, delivery arrangements, price, and acceptance criteria.
You must provide accurate requirements and any information reasonably necessary to complete the project.
Unless separately agreed in writing:
* Delivery dates are estimates where third-party dependencies or technical uncertainties exist.
* Additional features or material changes may require additional fees.
* A bot’s technical completion does not guarantee profitable trading.
* Ongoing maintenance, hosting, VPS services, broker support, and future updates are not included unless expressly agreed.
Custom development fees and refund conditions will be governed by the relevant quotation or project agreement, subject to applicable law.
12. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Our Services may depend on or integrate with third-party products such as MetaTrader 5, TradingView, brokers, VPS providers, messaging platforms, payment processors, or other external services.
These services are operated by their respective providers and may be subject to separate terms, charges, technical requirements, and restrictions.
QuBot X does not control the operation or availability of independent third-party services and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted functionality.
References to third-party products do not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or official affiliation.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any third-party service you use.
13. Service Availability and Technical Limitations
We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Services may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, internet outages, hosting failures, cybersecurity incidents, broker-side issues, or other technical circumstances.
Automated trading may stop, be delayed, or operate differently from your expectations because of software incompatibility, configuration errors, market conditions, or third-party system changes.
Where reasonably practicable, we will take appropriate steps to restore affected Services and communicate significant disruptions.
You should not rely on the continuous operation of an automated trading bot as your only method of risk management.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, QuBot X and its licensors retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in our website, branding, software, source code, bot designs, documentation, graphics, and original content.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the applicable licence, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the relevant Services for their intended purpose.
You must not, without our prior written permission or another lawful basis:
* Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute our proprietary software.
* Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where applicable law permits.
* Remove proprietary notices or misrepresent ownership.
* Use our branding to suggest an unauthorised affiliation.
* Exploit our software or content commercially outside the scope of your licence.
Ownership and licensing of custom-developed bots will be determined by the applicable project agreement.
15. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuBot X will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services, including loss of anticipated profits, business opportunities, or data, where such exclusion is legally permitted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We do not exclude liability for losses to the extent they are caused by our breach of contract, negligence, or other conduct for which we remain legally responsible.
Subject to the foregoing and to any mandatory statutory rights, our aggregate liability arising from a paid Service will not exceed the fees you paid for that particular Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The above limitations do not create an automatic entitlement to recover trading losses and do not override any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify QuBot X against reasonable third-party claims, losses, and expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.
This provision does not require you to indemnify QuBot X for losses caused by our own negligence, willful misconduct, breach of contract, or other conduct for which you cannot legally be held responsible.
18. Privacy and Personal Information
Your use of our Services may involve the collection and processing of personal information, including account details, contact information, payment-related records, and technical information necessary to provide our Services.
